In 2010 Dandara purchased unconditionally 220 acres of low grade agricultural land and woodland.
Dandara promoted this rural fringe site and secured a planning permission for 550 new homes along with retail units and a new primary school.
In 2017 the Skinners' Kent primary school was opened, along with circa 200 homes built.
